a different discovery: the consultancy
NewLean.org is, above all, driving a new philosophy in startup and related, which serves to deliver an enhanced and optimised — truly and legitimately disruptive — innovation and invention, both.
It is proposed that it will consist of:
A manual/hybrid consultancy called NewLean.org, which in the first instance will employ manual processes combined with standard business software — especially office software such as, for example, spreadsheets, standardised brainstorming tools, workflow platforms, and knowledge management systems clients are already comfortable using — to achieve truth-provoking privacy-positive discovery spaces.
An app called NewLean.app, designed to scale in combination with a still hands-on consultant participation, especially in the fields of big corporate organisations.
An app called StartUp Hunch, designed specifically to make validation of new startup projects by entrepreneurs fresh to the field much easier to achieve.
For options 2 and 3, there will exist a community of combined professional and independent support.
Each of these options also has a different price-point and natural place in the market.
However, this doesn’t mean that they cannot be combined into one made-to-measure offer, where the needs of a particular client or customer might demand.
